Our consultant will then put together a full proposal with all the pricing, outlining what we will do as a company to help you achieve your desired garage conversion.

When you have decided to proceed with the order your consultant will arrange a technical survey of the garage with one of our installation teams. At the same time if required we will arrange for any planning services to be carried out by one of our architects. We will then agree a date for your garage conversion to start, outlining our �Continuous Conversion Process� that will see your garage converted typically within 10-12 working days.

From start to completion of your scheduled work our installation team will take care of all aspects of the conversion, electrics, plumbing, building, plastering, carpentry and tiling (if required), with Corgi gas certificates, NIC and EIC electrical certificates provided on the completion of each job. All in accordance with the legal requirements and our continuous work programme.

If required, we will arrage for a team of skilled decorators to paint and decorate your new conversion to the same high standards, allowing you to now simply enjoy your new additional space.
